Case Study One:
One client from Europe, we developed the firmware according to client's document to match up the client's local server format. To meet the local law requirement, we added encryption function to the protocol. Also modifid the hardware so the product can be as a simple alarm device and installed conveniently.
The re-branding logo and gift box bring more value to our client too. Addtinally, we designed the new device case for our client, so the product became unique and exclusive supply source, bring extra values to our client.
In 2024, our client business increased over 50% mainly with our product. We are very proud of being a part of the success.
Case Study Two:
Client from Thailand, where the GPS tracker must meet the government DLT rule with special field and format data for the vehicle and driver efficient management. We intergated the magnetic reader into our GPS tracker device, Developed firmware for the Thailand DLT rule.
To support the local market, we also customized firmware so the client can lock the GPS tracker IP and port. Together with the client, we developed the GPS tracker firmware for trailer management system base on BLE beacon technology.
After 7 years sucessful ccoperation and over 5,000 devices statitics, the client is happy to find out that over 90% fifotrack devices still work well after 5 years using. Durabiliy is core value of fifotrack device.
